We participate with most major insurance plans, Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicaid. Please call our office to ensure we are in network.
We will call your insurance company to verify your benefits and coverage a day or two in advance of your appointment.
Please note that depending on your plan and coverage, that routine eye examinations may not be covered by your insurance.
Please remember to bring your insurance cards with you on the day of your appointment.

Flex-Spending & Health Saving Accounts
A Flex-Spending Account (FSA), or Health Saving Account (HSA) is an account that is set up by your employer that allows you to set aside a certain amount of your paycheck before taxes to cover medical expenses not covered by insurance.
Check with your employer to find out when your enrollment period is. At the time of enrollment, you will select the amount you want set aside from each paycheck. Typically, this money can be accessed at any time of the year but is a use it or lose it benefit which means any money left in the account at year-end cannot be returned to you.
