Aggieland’s only local LASIK provider has brought advanced medical technology to the Brazos Valley. Texas Regional Eye Center now offers iLASIK, an all-LASER, blade-free procedure that can offer dramatically better vision to most people.

The iLASIK Procedure is the result of over a decade’s worth of technical refinement — it combines all of the latest all-laser LASIK technology in one efficient LASIK procedure. The iLASIK Procedure offers a completely integrated, completely personalized procedure based on advanced vision correction technology.

The procedure used by Texas Regional Eye Center has earned FDA approval to treat the broadest range of vision imperfections possible, including mild-to-severe nearsightedness, farsightedness and all types of astigmatism. Clinical studies showed that one year after treatment, 100 percent of nearsighted patients and more than 95 percent of all clinical study patients could pass a driving test without glasses or contact lenses 98 percent of mild-to-moderate nearsighted patients and almost three-quarters of all clinical study patients could see 20/20 or better without glasses or contact lenses Four times as many mild-to-moderate nearsighted participants were very satisfied with their night vision after treatment compared to their night vision before treatment with glasses or contacts.

Aggie owned and operated, Texas Regional Eye Center offers a range of eye care services including LASIK, treatment of diseases of the eye, as well as advanced cataract surgery. Dr. Paul Wuthrich ’86, Dr. Terry Perkins ’89, and Dr. Bill Riggs ’98 have over 30 years of combined experience providing the very best in eye care to the Brazos Valley.

There is no reason to fight the traffic in Houston, Austin, or Dallas to have your LASIK procedure with someone hours away from home. With deep roots in B/CS and as part of our community, Drs. Wuthrich, Perkins, and Riggs at Texas Regional Eye Center combine iLASIK technology with their expertise and years of experience here locally. With this highly advanced technology, most patients are candidates so why depend on glasses or contacts any longer?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator style=”simple”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
